My how time flies. I almost forgot today was Friday! I should have the update for today up in a few minutes; my computer is being a little slow. As promised last week today's update is a couple sketches of what the first few panels are going to look like.

Today's upload is a close up of the figures in the banner. They are somewhat chibified versions of Hitomi and Lordain(still unsure if I am going to use this name or not). So far so good on keeping with a weekly schedule. I'm hoping I don't fizz out and go all lazy again, of which I am notorious for doing. Next week I'll upload a character sketch of Hitomi which I'm planning to turn into a ref.

I'm going to try and post sketches and other things, once a week until I start uploading the actual comic. I'm doing this mostly so I can try and get a flow going and get myself in a zone of sorts. Today's update is a larger version of a part of the banner.

I do not have a date as of right now but I'm thinking sometime near the end of summer or beginning of fall I will begin uploading the comic.

So I've finally finished the layout and banners and gotten around to uploading everything. I'm currenty in the process of fine tuning things(i.e. changing colors, fonts, etc.).

I hope to start inking the first pages soon.

well I went and scrapped what I've done so far, one again. I just didn't like the way it was turning out. I went back to the beginning and decided to sketch out everything in my sketchbook instead of trying to do it all completely digitally. I have panels for the first 4 pages all sketched out and I just need to scan them in. I also have the new look for the page and banner, sketched out as well. It seems though that This month as well as last month have not been kind to me. I have come down with a another cold. Hopefully I will get a hold of the scanner tomorrow and I'll be able to scan in what I've done so far, so I can work on it some more.
